— Reflect on your goals or aspirations then break them down into smaller steps that make it easier to take action on. Setting clear and manageable goals will give you purpose and direction.

— Being able to understand your values will help you make choices that are inlign with who you really are rather than aligning with what culture or the world wants around you. Write about principles that matter to you the most and how those shape your daily life as well as overall.
